Surge Soccer welcomes Aubrey Coultas as our new Development Director. She graduated from Colorado College in 2005 with a B.A. in Creative Writing, and moved into the Human Resources field shortly after graduation. She played volleyball for CC, and then club volleyball post graduation, as well as coaching 16s and 17s. Sports have always been a big part of her life, and she loves to write. She lives in Castle Rock with her husband, two children, and a dog named Hercules.

Liberia: This month we launched a virtual new program to tackle a horrific lingering problem in Liberia. Twenty-four Liberians, double the amount expected, joined Roy and Roberta Reed and key trauma experts from Liberia and the USA for our first training. “According to studies conducted by organizations like the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, 40% of Liberians suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and other mental health conditions.
