Tecate Soccer 2023

Greetings Lads,

We have a match scheduled against the Tijuana/Tecate Old Timer’s for Sunday, December 10th at 11:00 AM. This is a 65 and over game, but we will make a few exceptions. If you are 62 or older, you are eligible to play.

As usual, a great Carne Asada party will be held afterward at Casa de Hank. The suggested donation is $150, and all proceeds will benefit the San Juan Bosco Orphanage, including assisting 5 of the older orphans (age 18-20) in their University Programs. If you cannot play but would like to join us, the suggested donation is $100.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be joining us. You can make donations tax deductible by going to SurgeSoccer.Org and designating the donation to “Orphanages in Mexico”. Alternatively, you can pay me by check, cash, or Venmo at David@David-Welk-6.

Also, let me know if you would like to stay overnight on Saturday 9th and/or Sunday 10th, and I can assist/advise with hotel reservations and carpooling. As usual, we will meet at the border, and all transportation is arranged once you walk over the border into Mexico.

There will be only one game this year, so the first 20 people to sign up are in.
